Set up an integration

Open Integrations in GetVoiceBot and select the service you want to connect. Complete its authorization or configuration flow, then test the exact action the Agent will perform before publishing the Agent.

Available integrations can vary by account. The Integrations screen is the source of truth for what can be connected directly.

Use Case Examples

Common integration patterns include:

  1. Syncing with CRM: Automatically log new conversations and customer interactions in your CRM, ensuring that your sales and support teams have up-to-date information.

  2. Ticketing System Integration: Create tickets in your helpdesk software for every incoming conversation, allowing your support team to address issues promptly.

  3. Context injection: Provide relevant customer or case context before the Agent responds.

  4. Operational handoff: Ask a Computer Agent to update a system, research a case, or complete a prepared helper after a conversation.
