- Create the GetVoiceBot plans you want to offer.
- Create matching products and prices in your connected billing provider.
- Assign a plan when onboarding a customer organization.

- GetVoiceBot keeps the customer's plan and Agent access synchronized with subscription status.
- At renewal, supported usage above the plan's included amount can be added to the customer's
invoice.
Your billing provider processes customer payments and remains the system of record for payment
methods, invoices, collections, and subscription transactions. GetVoiceBot connects those transactions
to the plans, customer accounts, Agents, and usage they pay for.
Customer revenue and reseller payouts
Customer billing and reseller payouts are related, but they are not the same workflow:

connection supplies the subscription and revenue data used to keep payout-related workflows
accurate. GetVoiceBot will confirm any required payout setup, calculation rules, and settlement terms
during reseller enablement.
