Upgrade a Computer Agent

Upgrades the shared Computer to GetVoiceBot's current published version, refreshes managed workspace templates without replacing customer Canvas or project files, and affects every Agent assigned to that Computer. Check status until the operation is terminal, then verify Computer health.
