What this policy covers

This policy describes how we handle information when you use the GetVoiceBot website (getvoicebot.com), the GetVoiceBot application, and related VoiceBot services (together, the “Services”).

Information we collect

We collect information you give us and information created when you use the Services, including:

Account and contact information, such as name, business name, email, and phone number.

Billing and payment information, such as the payment method on file and related billing contact details. Credit card information and related personal data may be provided to third parties for payment processing and fraud prevention.

Content you or your users submit in the Services. “Content” means files, documents, recordings, and other information that is uploaded to your Service account for storage, or used, presented, or shared with third parties in connection with the Service. That can include call and message content needed to operate VoiceBot.

Information needed to provide, bill, and support the Services, including notices we send to the email or address last designated on your account.

How we use information

We use this information to provide the Services you ordered, to bill and collect fees, to prevent fraud, to support your account, and to meet legal obligations.

You retain all rights to your Content. We do not own or license your Content except as needed to provide the Services. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute your Content only as required to provide the Services to which you have subscribed.

We will not view, access, or process your Content except (a) as directed or instructed by you or your users, or (b) as required to comply with our policies, applicable law, or a governmental request.

Where information is processed

The Services, software, and websites are provided via equipment and resources located in the United States and other locations throughout the world. You consent to having personal data processed by us in the United States and other locations throughout the world.

If your Content is subject to EU data protection laws and is processed by us as a data processor acting on your behalf (in your capacity as data controller), we will use and process your Content in order to provide the Services and fulfill our obligations, and in accordance with your instructions as represented in our Terms of Service.

How we share information

We may share information with payment processors and fraud-prevention providers so we can charge the payment method on file and keep billing current.

If necessary and in accordance with applicable law, we will cooperate with local, state, federal, and international government authorities with respect to the Services.

We do not use your Content to market or resell the Services to third parties. We do not harvest, collect, or gather user data without consent for that purpose.

Security

Each party agrees to apply reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative security measures to keep Content protected in accordance with industry standards. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. You remain responsible for keeping usernames and passwords confidential and for maintaining appropriate copies of your data.

Text messages

If you provide a phone number to us, you may receive informational text messages from GetVoiceBot / VoiceBot about your account or the Services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel.
