    VoiceBot is 100% FREE to motorcycle riders! It's funded by More Than Rewards, the makers of the Rider Rewards customer loyalty program! This money comes from local Harley dealers who use our products and preferred brands, such as Indian and BMW.

  • Why is it limiting the number of questions I ask?

    BikerBot is funded by dealers who use RiderRewards at their dealerships. You can identify if a dealer uses RiderRewards by the presence of a keypad like the one pictured on this website. If you encounter this limitation, it indicates that your dealer does not utilize RiderRewards. To remove this limitation, post a message on their Facebook timeline requesting them to offer RiderRewards at their dealership. BikerBot will see your post and promptly remove the question limit. Alternatively, you can also email support@morethanrewards.com.

  • How does it know where I shop at?

    BikerBot uses your phone number to determine what city you live in.  From there, it can determine all the dealers near you, it then uses public data such as social media, amazon, google, or others. This is similar to how Amazon recommends products and services to you. 

  • How does it know my name and reward balance?

    It utilizes your phone number to retrieve your name. This information is publicly available and shared by all national phone carriers. If you wish to opt out of these services, you can contact your local phone carrier.

  • What kind of questions can I ask VoiceBot?

    You can ask anything related to motorcycles! VoiceBot is an advanced AI that has been trained on all motorcycles; however, it specializes in Harley-Davidson. This includes all makes and models. It has also been trained in other brands such as Indian, Honda, and BMW. Unfortunately, the scope of BikerBot's knowledge is limited to motorcycle-related questions only.   • Is VoiceBot an Artificial Intelligence like GPT?

    Yes, VoiceBot is an advanced AI, but it is not human. While humans train it and it mimics human behavior, it is ultimately a machine.     No, VoiceBot does not track your location directly. However, your phone carrier does have access to your location information. BikerBot utilizes the national phone GPS database, which is provided by your phone carrier. Therefore, based on your phone number, VoiceBot can determine your general location. This enables it to identify dealers near you and make appropriate recommendations.

  • Is VoiceBot a human? This seems unreal.

    Nope, don't be fooled. VoiceBot is indeed a machine. However, it's pretty cool and has a fun personality. It enjoys making jokes and having fun, just like anyone else.     Yes, it is possible, but it requires some effort on your part. Harley-Davidson is introducing a new "Test" Rewards Program in collaboration with Visa.   • Does VoiceBot work with the new H-D Rewards?

    Currently, VoiceBot only supports Rider Rewards. Therefore, we recommend shopping at dealers who offer Rider Rewards. If you're unsure about which dealer near you offers this program, simply ask VoiceBot to recommend a dealership, and it will suggest a Rider Rewards dealer. Our team has made multiple attempts to reach out to Harley-Davidson regarding supporting the new H-D Rewards. If you can help coordinate a meeting or inform Harley-Davidson to contact us, we would greatly appreciate it. Rider Rewards has been the gold standard for loyalty programs in the Harley-Davidson community for over 15 years. We find it puzzling why they haven't responded to our numerous calls and why they haven't shown interest in exploring how we can assist them. It seems like our message might not be reaching the right individuals within their corporate team.   • Why is my dealer not a recommended dealership?

    We only recommend dealers who use Rider Rewards or are our paying customers. If your dealership is not a paying customer, we cannot provide a recommendation. It is not necessary to have Rider Rewards specifically, but you must be a More Than Rewards customer. We offer plans starting at $499 per month for dealerships that wish to join our network. If you are a paying customer, please contact support at 414-326-4100, and we will address the issue for you.

  • I canceled RiderRewards, can I still use VoiceBot?

    Yes, you can still utilize VoiceBot by activating it with a $3,000 start-up fee and a monthly subscription of $499. Once activated, all leads, including service appointments, test drives, and more, will be automatically sent via text message to your sales team. If you use our CRM, HyperDrive CRM, all meetings will seamlessly integrate into your sales CRM. Additionally, customers will have the ability to view their sales history and service information, as BikerBot will synchronize with your dealer system automatically.

  • Can I re-activate my old Rider Rewards account?

    Yes, absolutely! We would be thrilled to have you back. If your account has been inactive for more than 90 days, it will be treated as a "new account" because we delete customer data after 90 days. The sign-up fee for Rider Rewards is $3,000, and the monthly subscription is $499.   • Why is VoiceBot emailing me and my customers?

    VoiceBot does NOT email "your" customers and does not have access to your actual customer data unless the customer willingly shares their data through their account profiles. HOWEVER, BikerBot utilizes a 3rd-party database consisting of over 200,000 Harley-Davidson riders. It continuously monitors public data on the internet, such as Facebook or other social media platforms, similar to how Google Analytics operates. This may give the impression that VoiceBot is engaging with similar customers or individuals. It's important to note that VoiceBot has licensed access to 3rd-party databases that include nearly every motorcycle user in North America. When VoiceBot geolocates them near your location, it may appear as if they are similar customers, as they have likely visited your establishment at some point. This is why, if you utilize any of our products, we direct their "scheduled meetings" or "leads" to your sales staff.

  • Can VoiceBot schedule meetings within my CRM?

    Yes, VoiceBot is compatible with all major CRM providers, including HyperDrive CRM and others. To set up this service, you will need to download the mobile app "Dealer Perks" from the app store or contact More Than Rewards at 414-326-4100 for further information.

  • How does VoiceBot know my inventory or prices?

    VoiceBot synchronizes your data through three methods: (a) public information, including your inventory listed on your website, (b) dealer sync, which encompasses all inventory in your dealer system, and (c) social sync, which includes any data shared via social media or 3rd-party systems like Amazon. It's important to note that to sync detailed data from your dealer system, you must be a paying customer. Otherwise, all other sources of data are pulled from public databases, such as your website.

  • Is this an official Harley-Davidson product?
